This is a LGBTQ BIPOC centered community gathering, open to all.
I will be offering an open meditation and sound bath at Exhale Bronx. In this 20-minute session, I will guide you through deep relaxation techniques, including the resonant tones of singing bowls and yogic practices of gentle movement, OM chanting, & breathwork, which are rooted in the South Asian diaspora.
