La Fleur Cafe and Flor Verde Healing are coming together to create a space of empowerment, healing, and elevation, in order to regain our focus on self-love. This meditation circle will involve several methods.

• Singing bowl intro

• Pranyama (breathing exercise)

• Self-Love meditation and visualization

• Singing bowl outro

• Journal prompt *please bring a journal and pen with you

• Opportunities to share (optional)

Tarot Card Readings will be available at additional donation if interested (limited availability)

Each ticket comes with (house or premium)Espresso, Tea, or Canned drink which will be served at the conclusion of the event. Drink upgrades will be available for additional costs (in-store only).
